INDUSTRIAL SLIDING DOORS AND GATES

Industrial suspended sliding doors are the perfect solution for utility rooms as well as industrial and warehouse spaces where there is limited space for installations. With specially shaped guide rails and bearing rollers, the doors are very easy to operate and cost effective.

An unquestionable advantage of this type of doors is the simple design without a threshold. The leaves slide on a rail fixed to the lintel so there is no need for a floor rail.

Depending on the needs, we manufacture sliding doors in two versions, either insulated (with 50 mm polyurethane foam filling) or uninsulated, of T8 trapezoidal sheet metal or of galvanised steel sheet panels with 40 mm polyurethane foam filling. The thermal transmittance coefficient (U value) for the panel is Uk=0.6 W/m²K.

Insulated doors (made of panels) are equipped as a standard with special sealing brushes (between the wall and the door leaf). At the customer’s request, it is also possible to install brushes on doors made of trapezoidal sheet metal.

Suspended industrial sliding doors are made according to individually specified dimensions, in any size, in a single-leaf (a leaf sliding along one of the walls of the building) or two-leaf version (leaves sliding along two sides of the aperture, either symmetrical or asymmetrical). In practice, this means freedom to choose different widths of the door leaves according to the requirements and the space available at the aperture. Depending on the needs, sliding doors can be installed both outside and inside the building.

As a convenient passage without the need to open the entire door, a wicket door can be fitted in the door. On special request, the door can be equipped with various types of glazing and ventilation grilles. It is also possible to completely customise the design.

Colors

The company offers doors in standard colours as well as virtually unlimited possibilities of colour selection on request. The panels can be paint coated with glossy, matt or structural finish in a wide range of colours as well as coated with a veneer.

By choosing a suspended industrial sliding door equipped with additional components, such as windows or glazed sections you can significantly increase the amount of daylight in your garage and make it more functional. The door can also be equipped with ventilation grilles to allow air access.

Automation

Sliding doors can be supplied with an electric control system in the standard version or in various variants with an electronic control system.
